Payment Methods

Hub City Workspace only allows payments through automatic ACH drafts.  No cash, checks or any other form of payments will be accepted. Members may choose to prepay for any extended amount of time.

Cancellation

All Leases are month to month at Hub City Workspace and automatically renew every month.  If you wish to cancel your lease you must give prior written (by email) notification to Hub City Workspace within 45 days of the start of the next month.  No exceptions will be made and no refunds will be given.  Cancelations are only possible at the beginning of each month.   Meaning, you may not cancel during the middle or at any other time of month other than the beginning. Once payment has been received therewill be no refunds.

Due Dates

All membership payments are due on the first business day of each month. Hub City Workspace reserves the right to charge a late fee of $25 and/or withhold services if payments are not received on time.
